JUDGES APPOINTMENT BILL 2014

The bill tabled today for appointing judges in the higher judiciary may be a welcome step as pointed in my earlier blog but as pointed by veteran Juristic turned experienced politician Sri Birrapa Moili, This bill should be amended for giving representation to persons of all the sections countrywide especially in higher judiciary. It is certainly a valuable suggestion because the weaker sections  of people may have right to get their representatives, this is quite insufficient at present. This system if adopted will certainly helpful in getting speedy justice as our nation has a vast and complex system of society and the people therein have different kinds of legal problems. These problems can easily be understood by the judges of same fraction of the society
