Country has been pushed back by Forwards in UGC case

 RJD and general category people statements over UGC rulings shows we are far from civilized societies yet Unnatural and needless statements, remembering Durdaant Lalu Rabri Rajya, off course  bad tones reflected by few general category people. Situation is said to be unfortunate, people of both sides are guilty, they should realize upon supreme Court before any reactions. Both parties must wait and not to damage national image, like this. 

More guilt goes upon General class, if they think themselves as advance, otherwise they are wild and dangerous for the country, but same time I want to treat them them as Indian, but remain  and behave themselves, I warn them to go for forgiveness to God for pushing back nation at least two years back. God can forgive the generation of wrongdoers after 50years or may God lessen the period, major key post in their hands, they can find out the culprits themselves. Does not matter what supreme Court decide in this case, sametime I appeal to Backwards nothing should take in your hands

Nitish created record book

 Bihar CM Nitish kumar made word record to win in Bihar Nov 2025 election and takes over a record  time of being CM of  a state hence made entry in London based world book of  record . May it call a glory for him or for people of Bihar, but a certain guarantee for stability and all round better development for  much needed state population. Shri kumar must thank Jeevika  Didi(Ladies group associated to a group called jeevika) this time who proved to be  chief catalyst to voice for him for pumping air towards this major victory.  PM Narendra Modi image and his affection towards aging Nitish was other factor which intensified by life time promising Nitish. Though  Nitish kumar is a pure Socialist and never want next generation Nishant kumar to enter in politics, but situation in Bihar is so critical that Nishant is only option to sail Bihar, off course entire cadre of  his party JDU may be renovated by its committed generation, This may be a difficult task for Nishant, but he has to do, if he get success, it would be historic for Indian political and all round development. Other options than JDU in  Bihar  may not trustworthy. Even BJP in Bihar has no leaders of own callibre as Bihar wants. 

Nitish works for Bihar or country

Judicial reform and mअपने हिसाब सेy capacity

On occasion of reminding our culture, I want to submit few more about system , we discuss here about our judicial system, Noted jurist FS Nariman  pointed in an interview that Collegium system of appointment of judges be disbanded, without prejudice to any specific judge Mr Nariman praised the justice delivery by the most of judges are satisfactory, even than the appointment system be revised for a better evolvement of Indian Judiciary. I appreciate the glittering legal person about such observations, so that each and every downtrodden advocates like me could think for serving country and moreso the higher judiciary, needless to say due to facts above noted and few more unexplained reasons

  (I neither applied for judge ship at any level nor any state government advocates to my own level, once I joined this noble profession .Did my 'Sanskar' ,not permit also involved here. 🙏point to note that this inverted coma word has no ulternative English word, only an Indian can feel so) 

Due to circumstances that created after a less मोदी सरकार के अल्पमत में आ जाने से तथा नीतीश कुमार की पार्टी का कद बड़ा होने पर परिस्थितियों में एक बदलाव दिखा, तमाम अगड़ी व्यवस्था सन्न हो गई, न्यायप्रणाली भी एक ही भाषा में भाव स्पष्ट करने वाले संस्था की तरह बरताव करने को इच्छुक हुयी दिखाई देने लगी, मतलब कि हमेशा की तरह अपनी निष्पक्षता सिद्ध करने की, 

तब मुझे भी अपने हितों को देख कर सत्ता के गलियारे में निकलने की शुरुआत करनी पडी, हालांकि झिझक रहा था अपने से जुनियर किस्म के एक व्यक्ति, जिसे नीतीश बाबू अपना उत्तराधिकारी घोषित करने की तरह सोच रहे हैं, से परिचय के लिए जानें से, पर कहा जाता है कि जनकल्याण के लिए अपना कुछ तो त्याग करना चाहिए, तभी कुछ अपना भी सम्भव होता है, वर्ना तीसरे दर्जे वाले न्याय पालिका ( हम पिछडों के लिए दर्जा दिया है) के भरोसे नहीं, अब तीर निशाने पर भी आ गया है क्योंकि नीतीश कुमार के भरोसे चलने वाली मोदी सरकार की विवशता होगी नीतीश प्रथम  

Cast census in Bihar

 Yesterday all parties in Bihar agreed for cast census  to be held on state cost in a meeting held under the leadership of Honble CMBihar Nitish kumar. As well known that all party delegate except BJP met Honble PM raising a national level cast census where it was agreed that centre may not organize so, but state was permitted, pursuant to that all efforts made by leaders of ruling JDU, oppositionRJD, and seeing no option to escape the BJP also admitted to take part in this meeting and finally agreed.  Now politics to take advantage opposition RJD given some statement,but here a que at national level debate started, surely  obvious  Ashok Choudhary statement clearified  all doubts.200% right statement, Those who opposes are been distinguished, they identified  publicly as casteists  , having such mindsets and prejudiced, our leader  Honble CM Nitish Kumar well known working for poor without having any discrimination on such basis 

Latter few so called BJP supporters approach High court, finally Supreme Court given green signal but said state can do survey, Govt of Bihar thereafter succeeded in publishing report after such survey.

I think Nitish may be a leading person to suggest the technical aspects of the issue, and people of India may be successful to about their right to know the actual status in the society too

Finally dominancy started after BJP new UPand other win

  चार राज्यों में भाजपा की जीत के बाद अब देश में के बदले हुए माहौल मे मोदी सुपर पावर हो गए , व पूरेदेश को मान लेना चाहिए कि प्रजातन्त्र की एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी नीतीश नीति हो सकती थी, चुकि नीतीश कुमार की पार्टी ने भी अपने को  नये सिरे से कयी राज्यों में अनेक सफलता हासिल की,तब भी ये माहौल बना जा रहा है कि नीतीश कुमार को उपराष्ट्रपति बना करactive पोलिटिक्स से इनके जाने की अटकलें हैं और यह देशहित में  बहुत अच्छा नहीं है मुझे ऐसा लगता है और तब परिणाम के लिए  वो जनता ही जिम्मेवार होगी,. जो अब तक नीतीश कुमार जी को नहीं समझ पायी, अब भी बहुत ज्यादा नहीं बिगड़ा, वक्त रहते सारे विरोधी सोच कर देखे
